 Happy Thursday!

Want to know how you can earn cash for your child's school? Grocery Shopping.

When I was younger, my school had a Box Tops for Education Program. This program was a way for students to help earn cash for my school. Best Hair Care Routine

Happy Thursday

Today's post is all about my hair care routine. I had the opportunity to try out the HASK Macadamia Oil Collection. The collection consists of the HASK Macadamia Oil Shampoo, Conditioner, Shine Hair Oil and Deep Conditioner. Before I get into my thoughts on these products, I want to give you an idea of my hair type. The ends of my hair are color treated, so I look for hydration in my shampoo and conditioner. Also, I have a lot of fine hair, so want a hair product that will not weigh my hair down and will cleanse, condition and give me volume. I know that is a tall order, or so I thought until I tried the Hask Macadamia Oil Collection.

For the last four weeks, I have used the shampoo, conditioner, and Shine Hair oil religiously.  I clean my hair three times a week sometimes more, and I use the deep conditioner once a week.

These products are free of sulfates, parabens, phthalates, gluten, drying alcohol and artificial colors. The formula is infused with antioxidant-rich macadamia oil to replenish and hydrate the hair. The first thing I do is apply some shampoo onto my wet hair, lather it into my hair and then rinse it off. I then apply the conditioner all over my hair, concentrating more on the ends. I leave the conditioner for few minutes before rinsing it off. I pat dry my hair and apply less than a dime size of the shine hair oil all over my damp hair. I never would be able to air dry my hair without it getting frizzy and looking lackluster. But when I started to use the Hask Macadamia Oil hair products, my hair looks soft, frizz free and healthy looking. It gives an amazing boost of hydration. I have never loved hair products this much before. It is effective, and the best part is that although it provides hydration, it cleanses the hair and does not weigh it down. I feel like it completely transformed my hair and can not say enough great things about it. I will continue to use these products and will be repurchasing them. They retail for less than ten dollars each and are worth trying out.

I  highly recommend checking out the HASK Macadamia Oil Collection. These products are ideal for those who have dry, damaged or color-treated hair.

You can purchase these products at ULTA, Target, Kroger, and many other retailers. Check the Hask Beauty Website to find out other retailers that carry these products.

How to Style A long Vest

Monday, January 18, 2016

 Happy Monday

My love for fashion and home decor comes from the fact that it is a form of self-expression. One's unique style reflects their personality, and I love that. My sense of style is minimalistic with a modern/trendy twist. I love blouses, loafers, neutral colors and yet I enjoy throwing on a faux fur vest or leopard pants. My style is simple, but I love to add statement pieces, such as a beautiful necklace or fringe heels. For today's style post, I collaborated with @wrappedinAtl. She is a Fashion Instagramer  and she shared her outfit choice inspired by one of Jonathan Adler's  Motorola #XOmotoX Phones. The outfit is inspired by this patterned Jonathan Adler designed phone. It is a beautiful design and is a perfect tech accessory.

Style Tip 1: Where neutral colors with a patterned long vest. The vest is a statement piece so you want it to be the star of the outfit. Long vests are classy and add an extra sophistication to your outfit. This patterned vest is beautiful and is similar to the Jonathan Adler design phone.

Style Tip 2: Fringe. I love fringe everything. There is something unique and bold about adding a fringe vest, bag or shoe that takes your outfit from 50 to 100.

Style Tip 3: Where skinny Jeans to balance the length of the long vest. Skinny jeans are more flattering when paired with a looser and long tops.

How do you style a long vest, let me know in the comments below? Also, be sure to check out @wrappedinatl Instagram page for more style inspiration.

Happy Sunday

I love making this on a Sunday morning after a good workout; since these pancakes are filling and delicious. It is crazy to think that I love this pancake more than my vanilla protein pancakes, remember that recipe post? I prefer these Oats & Banana recipe only because it is easy and, of course, much healthier. Since we are in the new year, I am trying to eat healthier dishes and this one is right up that ally.
